In this Commercial Painting Foreman opportunity, you’ll lead field crews on multifamily and commercial projects while keeping production, quality, and jobsite safety aligned with the standard the company is known for. Based in Burlington, MA, the work spans jobsites throughout MA, RI, NH, and CT.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Paint Foreman position include:
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial painting experience, including 1–2 years as a Foreman or crew lead
- Lead and supervise a crew of at least 3 painters, managing daily productivity, quality, and jobsite safety
- Read plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Coordinate daily activities and prep crews using project plans, schedules, and specs
- Communicate project updates professionally with general contractors and clients
- Train and mentor painters and junior crew members
- Flag challenges, delays, or resource needs before they become problems
- Comfort using email and an iPad for jobsite reporting (Clearstory or similar punch-list software preferred)
Salary: $30–$45/hour based on experience
