This Commercial HVAC Estimator opportunity supports a steady pipeline of commercial mechanical projects and offers real autonomy from pre-bid to customer-facing work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Estimator position include:
- 4-5 years of commercial HVAC estimating experience (strong preference for a former HVAC technician or service/operations manager)
- Comfort working as a “working estimator,” including walking jobs and occasionally assisting in the field
- High school diploma required; trade school, EPA certification, and refrigeration credentials preferred
- Strong ability to manage pre-bid walks, fieldwork, and customer meetings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Experience estimating commercial HVAC replacements and retrofits for schools, military bases, healthcare, municipal, institutional, and industrial clients
- Willingness to work onsite with regular local job-site visits and occasional extended hours and weekends
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
