Qualifications and responsibilities for this CMT Engineer / Materials Testing Manager position include:
- 5–10 years of construction materials testing experience, including technician management, ASTM standards, and testing methods.
- Strong leadership, people skills, decision-making, deadline management, and issue resolution.
- Geotechnical background and private-sector experience preferred.
- Ability to meet Florida PE registration requirements or obtain it.
- Strong computer skills and openness to innovative techniques for testing.
- Lead and manage materials testing activities for local projects within approximately 100 miles of Jacksonville.
Salary: $100,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
