Based in Pryor, Oklahoma with projects throughout Northeast Oklahoma, this opportunity puts you at the center of industrial construction work where safety and productivity matter every day. In this Civil Superintendent role, you’ll lead self-performed crews on structural concrete and underground scopes that keep industrial facilities moving forward.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years as a foreman, general foreman, or superintendent on structural concrete, duct bank or underground utility, or heavy civil crews
- Hands-on knowledge of excavation and concrete placement, including large placements using pumps and multiple trucks
- Experience planning and sequencing excavation, forming, rebar, embeds, and pours
- Ability to coordinate pumps, batch plants, inspectors, and other trades
- Comfort managing work from a laptop/tablet; Procore or comparable construction software experience is a plus
- Own jobsite safety, including trench and excavation safety, and hold crews to layout and tolerance
- Treat people fairly, hold them accountable, and take ownership when issues arise
- Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)
Salary: $100K-$120K per year, commensurate with experience.
