Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer / Project Manager position include:
- Ideally 5+ years of local Arizona civil engineering experience
- AZ PE License required
- Experience with land development, light industrial, commercial, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and private development projects
- Strong Civil 3D skills required, with the ability to draft concepts and prepare initial layouts to guide project direction
- HEC-RAS, EPANET, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Office 365 Suite experience preferred
- Manage civil engineering projects from proposal through completion while overseeing successful project execution
- Coordinate and lead project teams while communicating directly with clients
- Prepare proposals, perform engineering calculations, and coordinate technical work with team members
- Take ownership of projects and support long-term growth with the opportunity to eventually lead or expand the civil department
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a hybrid work schedule, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with approximately 30% participation/benefit, and additional benefits package to be provided by the client.
