A highly trusted and experienced geomatics and civil engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN! This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-focused team known for delivering land development, survey, design, and engineering projects on time and within budget while using cutting-edge technology and building lasting client relationships. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer Project Manager position include:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with civil engineering experience in land development
- Project management experience with the ability to independently manage projects without micromanagement
- Regional market experience with strong municipal approval, permitting, and entitlement knowledge
- Lead civil engineering land development projects from concept through approvals
- Manage schedules, deliverables, timelines, budgets, project scope, and client expectations
- Review and oversee civil engineering design work while coordinating engineers and technicians
- Serve as a primary client contact and coordinate with internal engineering staff and leadership
- Experience with Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and scheduling software required; Vantagepoint preferred
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
