Bring hands-on chemical production expertise to a safety- and quality-focused manufacturing environment with a strong culture and clear performance goals. In this Chemical Operator opportunity, you’ll support the safe, efficient, and accurate manufacture of products through compounding, packaging, and detailed batch documentation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chemical Operator position include:
- Experience with chemical/color ingredients, mixing processes, multiple batches, and production equipment
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered
- Ability to learn and use the company ERP system
- English literacy/communication and basic math skills
- Manual dexterity and safe chemical handling
- GMP/documentation accuracy and precise batch record completion
- Safely operate mixers, mills, scales, pumps, valves, vacuum systems, forklifts, and hoists
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report delays, malfunctions, quality concerns, and unsafe conditions
Salary: $27–$32/hour, based on qualifications
Benefits: Company-paid individual medical premium, up to $500 health reimbursement, dental/vision, 6% 401(k) match, and annual bonus.
