In this Chemical Operator opportunity, you’ll help compound, mix, package, and document Chemline product batches while working with a strong team culture.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chemical Operator position include:
- Experience with chemical/color ingredients, mixing processes, multiple batches, and production equipment
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered
- Ability to learn and use the company ERP system
- English literacy/communication, basic math, and GMP/documentation accuracy
- Safe chemical handling with strong attention to PPE, respirators, SDS, hazard communication, and hazardous-material disposal
- Manual dexterity to operate mixers, mills, scales, pumps, valves, vacuum systems, forklifts, and hoists
- Prepare and stage clean equipment, vessels, filtration media, containers, and raw materials
- Complete production documentation and accurately label vessels, containers, and finished products with product and lot information
Salary: $27–$32/hour, based on qualifications with shift differential. All shifts available
Benefits: Company-paid individual medical premium, up to $500 health reimbursement, dental/vision, 6% 401(k) match, and an annual bonus.
