This Boiler Service Foreman opportunity is hands-on, on-call, and built for experienced boiler technicians who take pride in emergency response and service excellence.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Boiler Service Foreman position include:
- 1+ years of experience working on older boiler models, with strong familiarity preferred (Clever Brooks, H.B. Smith, and related East Coast systems)
- Ability to perform boiler service and maintenance with an emphasis on emergency school service and on-call readiness
- Experience servicing steam and electric boilers, including larger older units
- Comfort working in a niche environment serving public works contracts, primarily school districts
- Willingness to support occasional installs (typically 1–2 per year)
- Strong reliability and the ability to handle rotating on-call dispatch coverage
Salary: $52.27 per hour, prevailing wage whichever is greater, plus overtime. Estimated annual total compensation range: $110k (salary and benefits portion; benefits provided in cash).
Benefits: Health care support of $1k per month, 2 weeks PTO that starts after 3 months (with immediate access to PTO after 2 weeks), and an annual bonus based on company performance at company discretion.
