In this Architectural Project Manager opportunity, you’ll manage multiple projects, stay close to clients through construction administration, and help strengthen the team by mentoring job captains in a small-firm environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architecture Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience with retail, restaurant, and commercial projects.
- Located in South Orange County and able to work onsite daily in Rancho Santa Margarita.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing projects through construction administration.
- Strong communication skills and direct client interaction experience.
- Ability to mentor, train, and guide job captains or project team members.
- Review, read, and mark up drawings; production work is expected to be minimal.
Salary: $85K-$120K per year, commensurate with experience.
