As this HVAC Comfort Advisor & Technician, you’ll diagnose what’s really happening in residential systems and help homeowners choose smarter solutions across comfort and energy.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Comfort Advisor & Technician position include:
- Mid-level to senior HVAC technician experience with client-facing sales or advisory ability
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required) and TDLR HVAC certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Preferred: experience with smart home energy management systems
- Perform residential HVAC service and consultations focused on whole-home comfort and energy solutions
- Turn in-home consultations into conversations and recommended next steps
- Partner with solar and energy specialists to build solutions that stick
Salary: $30/hour plus 6% commission; overtime paid at time and a half.
