In this Architect Design Manager opportunity, you’ll lead design efforts across LCS development projects—aligning aesthetics, functionality, scheduling, and compliance to operational goals.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect Design Manager position include:
- Minimum 4-8 years postgraduate experience on multi-family, healthcare or hospitality projects is highly regarded; minimum 3 years of project management experience is highly regarded.
- Registered Architect or currently in the testing process.
- BA/BS in Architecture or construction management.
- Direct the design process and coordinate all design disciplines to meet scheduling, cost, quality, aesthetics, and design functionality standards.
- Administer all design agreements, including basic and additional services.
- Support the design process to ensure compliance with the established design program and knowledge of local and state codes affecting design and permitting.
- Perform selection of architectural and other design consultants, including processing billing and payment applications for approval by PDM.
- Acquire knowledge of specified materials, finishes, and building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to support cost-effective selections within budget; collaborate with contractors to utilize materials and systems efficiently.
Salary: $113,000- $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
