This Heavy Civil Site Foreman opportunity places you in the field leading commercial site development and underground utility projects that keep production, quality, and schedules on track.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Site Foreman position include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a foreman leading commercial site work and underground utility projects
- Extensive hands-on experience with commercial site development, site balancing, mass grading, earthwork, and underground utilities
- Strong field leadership with the ability to coordinate equipment and manpower while maintaining production, quality, and schedules
- Proactive, decisive, and accountable leadership with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Plan and manage daily field operations, including crew assignments, equipment, materials, and work sequencing
- Read and interpret civil plans, specifications, grades, and elevations
- Lead earthwork, site balancing, grading, excavation, and installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain
- Coordinate with project management, general contractors, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve field issues and keep work moving
Salary: $35-$40/hr.
