Bring your estimating expertise to Mesa and help shape high-impact commercial and federal construction projects with a growing, employee-focused team. In this Estimator/Project Coordinator opportunity, you’ll support the current estimator while spending meaningful time in the field to keep projects moving from preconstruction through delivery.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator/Project Coordinator position include:
- 5+ years of commercial and/or government construction experience, including estimating
- Experience with federal bidding involving USACE, GSA, VA, or other government agencies (preferred)
- Perform quantity takeoffs, scope analysis, bid preparation, and subcontractor/vendor buyout
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and bid documents
- Support RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project coordination
- Manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, Excel, and project management software
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: No health insurance or 401(k) currently; benefits targeted by year-end; PTO negotiable; project-completion bonuses.
