Build your future with a hands-on manufacturing team in Lakeland, supporting custom-built mobile and modular metal buildings and mission-critical electrical systems. In this Electrical Assembler opportunity, you’ll help wire and assemble electrical panels, junction boxes, and sub-assemblies that go inside cleanrooms, labs, command centers, and power-generation systems.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Assembler position include:
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Electrical assembly and wiring experience, including soldering, crimping, testing, and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment
- Assemble and wire electrical systems with high accuracy, including panels, junction boxes, and sub-assemblies
- Cut, strip, and mount wires; connect terminals; complete sub-assembly and final assembly wiring
- Install and secure components such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers using specified methods
- Inspect work to meet quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Salary: $21–$24/hour
