This Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician opportunity puts you on large, complex systems across healthcare, hospitality, rail, and mountain-area projects—backed by a stable, growing service division.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 6-10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, with strong refrigeration and heating-side expertise
- Service and troubleshooting on large commercial systems, including healthcare, hospitality, rail, and mountain-area projects
- Experience with chillers, VRF, VFD systems, and custom air handlers
- Strong commercial refrigeration troubleshooting and repair experience
- EPA certification required; relevant manufacturer or technical certifications are a plus
- Work effectively within a three-technician service team and support a direct-hire growth path
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and professional communication with customers and stakeholders
- Be prepared for Monday-Friday scheduling with rare weekends, minimal after-hours work, and no on-call rotation
Salary: $45-$55/hour; some flexibility above range for the right candidate; negotiable bonus paid three times annually.
