Bring your marine construction leadership to Upper Keys, Florida, where you’ll manage hands-on projects with a safety-first culture and a focus on quality, profitability, and client service. In this Project Manager, Marine Construction opportunity, you’ll lead projects from preconstruction through close-out while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager, Marine Construction position include:
- Construction project management experience; marine construction experience not confirmed.
- Own project profitability, budgets, schedules, resources, procurement, client relationships, changes, and close-out.
- Enforce company safety procedures and verify applicable OSHA certifications.
- Create and maintain rolling four-week schedules and update project schedule statuses in Buildertrend at least weekly.
- Lead weekly Scheduling & Resource Team Review Meetings and coordinate weekly project meetings with field staff and subcontractors.
- Develop mitigation plans when projects fall behind schedule.
- Oversee buyout process, validate take-offs, initiate shop drawings, and ensure logistics and safety requirements are addressed during jobsite walk-throughs.
- Manage change orders and ensure change work is not completed prior to receiving an approved and executed change order.
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
