Description
Take charge of a nationwide industrial roofing program with real impact across Milwaukee and 26 states. In this Industrial Roofing Project Manager opportunity, you’ll coordinate multiple concurrent roofing projects, direct contractors, and help build the systems that prioritize where dollars and crews go next from our Milwaukee office.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Roofing Project Manager position include:
- 3-7 years of relevant construction/roofing experience (out of school)
- Roofing experience preferred; bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Comfort reading roof plans, specs, and details; able to assess low-slope roofing systems, drainage, and ponding
- Strong project coordination, organization, and multi-project tracking skills with spreadsheets and project-tracking software
- Source, vet, and onboard roofing contractors nationwide; manage contractor bench, prequalification, and certifications
- Solicit, level, and award comparable bids across new, re-cover/overlay, repair, and fluid-applied coating scopes
- Track schedules, progress photos, close-out packages, warranty work, storm claims, and recovery against repair spend
- Order materials, run bulk/portfolio buys, reconcile costs to budgets, and maintain a roof asset inventory/tracker
Salary: $80K-$120K per year, commensurate with experience.
