This Civil Engineer / Project Manager opportunity gives you the autonomy to manage projects end-to-end, from construction documents through permitting and completion.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer / Project Manager position include:
- 2–3 years of North Carolina private land development experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- Engineering degree required; ability to obtain PE licensure within one year.
- Manage approximately 12–15 projects from construction documents through permitting and completion (typical duration around 18 months).
- Independently oversee diverse residential, commercial, industrial, retail, restaurant, and infrastructure projects.
- Work in a Civil 3D environment; Civil 3D required.
- Use Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and hydraulic/lighting software as part of daily workflow.
- Collaborate with a 5–6-person engineering team within a 13-person engineering and surveying firm.
- Support a client-focused, relationship-driven environment with opportunities for client development.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
