Bring your field leadership to a fast-paced commercial build cycle delivering multiple ground-up coffee locations with drive-thru facilities and site/utility development. This Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Construction opportunity offers the chance to coordinate closely with subcontractors, municipalities, and ownership while driving safety, schedule, and quality from mobilization through closeout.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Construction position include:
- 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Lead field operations from mobilization through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and per plans and specifications
- Maintain project schedules, proactively identify potential delays, and conduct daily site inspections for quality control and compliance
- Enforce OSHA safety requirements and maintain a safe jobsite
- Coordinate inspections with local municipalities and ensure permits are maintained
- Review construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists
- Use Microsoft Office and Procore, Buildertrend, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools to support field reporting and project documentation
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
