Description

Step into a fast-moving medical technology environment where your operational rigor will directly enable high-volume, mission-critical manufacturing. In this Manufacturing Operations Manager opportunity, you’ll help scale production from hundreds of units to millions over the next few years, with an initial on-site assignment in Boise, Idaho before transitioning to North Carolina.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Operations Manager position include:

  • Hands-on manufacturing operations leadership with direct experience scaling throughput and improving production consistency.
  • Experience developing and stabilizing manufacturing processes, including quality control procedures and production documentation.
  • Strong assembly manufacturing experience, including writing work instructions and supporting manufacturing layouts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot on the production floor and drive continuous improvement in evolving environments.
  • Comfort working closely with product design and manufacturing engineering, including supporting engineering change approvals and design integrity during transfer.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and manufacturing discipline.
  • Willingness to spend the first 3 months on-site in Boise, Idaho auditing, stabilizing, and optimizing the active manufacturing workflow.
  • After Boise, lead production transfer and establishment of the commercial high-volume production hub in North Carolina, supporting ramp-up and future automation.

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
