In this HVAC Branch Operations Manager opportunity in Fort Myers, FL, you’ll lead day-to-day operations for new-construction branches supporting builder partners and critical production schedules.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Branch Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in residential HVAC new construction, including direct management of field supervisors and install crews.
- Strong working knowledge of residential HVAC installation (equipment, ductwork, rough-in and trim-out sequencing) for single-family and multi-family construction.
- Proven ability to schedule and deploy manpower across multiple active communities and job sites simultaneously.
- Experience managing builder relationships and delivering to production-builder schedules and expectations.
- Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
- Command of job costing and labor productivity, including comfort reviewing actuals against estimated hours and material.
- Own overall branch operations and performance, including production volume, labor efficiency, job costs, and contribution to branch profitability.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain field talent in partnership with HR; build crew capacity ahead of volume growth.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, higher for strong candidates.
