Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician / Skilled Construction Worker position include:
- Open to entry-level through mid-level and senior candidates; construction background preferred
- Versatile handyman/remodel skill set valued over one narrow trade specialization
- Strong ability to complete service calls, repairs, unit turns, and renovation-related work
- Comfort working on job-site work including painting, flooring, drywall, cabinets, vanities, and plumbing-related tasks
- Technologically literate and able to use company systems for communication and work tracking
- Tools provided; candidates with their own tools are a strong plus
- Local field work in the Dayton area
- No required overtime; after-hours/on-call not required but may be available for extra pay
Salary: $20-$35/hr depending on experience; willing to pay above market for higher-quality candidates.
Benefits: Unlimited PTO after 60 days, merit-based; 401(k); bonuses/raises possible based on production.
