In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead client-focused delivery from pre-construction through final turnover, partnering with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned to design intent.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 8-10 years of progressive project management experience in commercial, industrial, structural steel, construction, or related industries, including managing multiple large-scale projects, budgets, contracts, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
- Lead pre-construction activities including budgeting, scheduling, logistics planning, procurement strategy, and value engineering
- Review plans and specifications to identify constructability issues, design conflicts, and project risks
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, execution strategies, and communication protocols
- Direct all phases of construction from mobilization through completion, partnering closely with Site Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient work per specifications
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams; conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, costs, commitments, and expenditures; evaluate and manage change orders
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, leading project closeout including commissioning, turnover, punch list completion, and final documentation
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
