In this Mechanical Construction Foreman opportunity, you’ll take ownership of daily crew execution and field productivity while leading safe, efficient work on industrial projects in a tight 90-minute travel radius.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Construction Foreman position include:
- 7+ years of experience (foreman experience preferred)
- Lead crews of 3–5 employees and manage daily execution
- Execute 2-week look-ahead planning for assigned jobsite
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and workflow on site
- Enforce safety and quality standards; target zero unreported safety incidents
- Coordinate and oversee work across key services including pipefitting, welding, rigging, millwright work, equipment moves and installation, ductwork, commercial/industrial HVAC, and metal fabrication
- OSHA and rigging certifications preferred; welding certifications a plus
- Develop crew members toward next-tier readiness and conduct daily toolbox talks
Salary: $36-$44/hour + overtime (hourly, commensurate with experience).
