This Production/Operations Manager opportunity gives you ownership over production workflow, team performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production/Operations Manager position include:
- 7+ years of production/manufacturing management experience
- Oversee production operations and manage overall workflow
- Directly manage 10 employees and indirectly oversee 25 employees across the manufacturing operation
- Lead and improve production processes for sign manufacturing and custom vehicle wraps
- Use Trello to track production schedules and workflow
- Improve and grow the workforce while creating a more efficient production environment
- Step into a higher-level leadership role as the organization continues to grow
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: 401(k) with no company match, 50% employer-paid medical insurance after 60 days, and the potential for a performance-based bonus.
