This Construction Project Director (Education/K-12) opportunity helps lead large-scale K-12 programs, bringing experienced delivery leadership to complex public projects with real community value.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Director (Education/K-12) position include:
- 15+ years managing large capital programs, with 10+ years in leadership, including strong K-12 or higher education project experience
- Lead planning, design, and construction activities across multiple education projects
- Develop and manage program implementation plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients and senior stakeholders, including school districts, boards, city councils, architects, owners, and contractors
- Oversee program controls including cost, schedule, and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues and disputes
- Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications for compliance and provide contract administration support
Salary: Up to $160,000 per year, based on experience.
