A family-owned commercial MEP contractor in Tucson, Arizona is seeking an experienced Service Manager (HVAC Department) to lead its established HVAC service department. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, employee-focused company known for delivering exceptional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions throughout Southern Arizona, with in-house capabilities that create superior quality, faster delivery, and unmatched client satisfaction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager (HVAC Department) position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC service management experience, preferably within commercial service operations
- Strong leadership and operational management skills with experience leading service technicians and support staff
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs, HVAC installations, and day-to-day service operations
- Background overseeing commercial HVAC service, tenant improvement, ground-up construction, and installation projects
- Ability to maintain customer relationships while ensuring service quality standards are met
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; JONAS ERP / job costing software experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 preferred, but no degree is required
- Experience with project values ranging from approximately $1,000 to $7 million
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
