Description
A highly visible residential development opportunity is available for a Development Project Manager in Sonoma County, CA, where you’ll take ownership of a fully approved master-planned community and drive it through construction readiness. This is an exciting chance to work directly with the Developer, operate with significant autonomy, and play a key role in bringing a major residential project to market.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Development Project Manager position include:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in land development, residential real estate development, master-planned communities, or residential project management.
• Lead all post-entitlement activities through construction readiness.
• Coordinate permitting, agency approvals, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, and environmental compliance efforts.
• Manage civil engineers, surveyors, environmental consultants, utility providers, contractors, and public agencies.
• Maintain master development schedules, budget tracking, milestone reports, and action item logs.
• Identify project risks, schedule delays, and escalate critical issues to the Developer.
• Assist with early works procurement, bid package coordination, and scope review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred.
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
