Manufacturing Inside Sales Rep opportunity in Suffern, NY! This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established industrial process equipment supplier with 30+ years in business, a unique product line, and a strong position serving pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, brewery, engineering, and manufacturing customers. This close-knit 15-person company offers the chance to manage and grow a dedicated territory while supporting customers across multiple processing industries with high-quality components and technical solutions.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Inside Sales Rep position include:
- Inside sales experience in industrial processing, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, brewery, or related technical product industries.
- Ability to manage a specific assigned territory and grow sales through daily leads and consistent customer follow-up.
- Experience supporting customers with process equipment, fittings, valves, washdown equipment, spray balls, sight glasses, manways, process lighting, DIN fittings, or similar products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with engineering companies, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial processing clients.
- Ability to provide prompt quotes, product support, and cost-effective solutions for customer needs.
- Comfortable working with a small team and coordinating with outside sales or manufacturing representatives.
- Exposure to trade shows or processing industry events, including craft brewery and industrial processing shows, is a plus.
- Ability to complete an in-person interview process, reference check, background check, and speak with multiple team members.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus.
