Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Manager position include:
- 10+ years of supervisor and/or manager experience overseeing a maintenance department
- Strong understanding of facility and mechanical fundamentals including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with automated machinery, PLCs, and preventive maintenance systems
- Lead, schedule, and support a team of maintenance technicians, potentially across shifts
- Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment
- Create and improve preventive maintenance procedures to reduce downtime and extend asset life
- Track maintenance budgets, inventory, vendor coordination, and key maintenance KPIs
- Support safety, compliance, reporting, weekend/on-call needs, and up to 10% travel including Canada
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
