Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Service Engineer position include:
- 2–3+ years of field service engineering experience, preferably with semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment commissioning and setup
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and technical support needs
- Document service activity, troubleshooting steps, and parts usage in service management software
- Participate in an on-call rotation after training and onboarding, with occasional after-hours support
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and build strong customer relationships
- Bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English skills are a plus, but hands-on semiconductor equipment experience is the top priority
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
