Join a growing roofing contractor as a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator in San Marcos, Texas, where you will play a key leadership role pricing large-scale commercial and industrial new construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimator who wants to work directly with ownership, lead a small estimating team, and make an immediate impact with a company that is hiring quickly and focused on major commercial roofing work rather than reroof projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience with a focus on new construction and large commercial or industrial projects
- Proficiency with Quick Bid, EDGE, and construction estimating workflows
- Prepare accurate bids, takeoffs, and cost estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop competitive proposals
- Lead and support a team of 2 remote estimators and 2 in-office estimators
- Work closely with ownership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and respond quickly to bid activity
- Maintain organized estimating records, pricing data, and proposal documentation
- Work full-time in the San Marcos office with minimal travel and strong day-to-day collaboration
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
