Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Plant Manager opportunity include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 8-10 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in a machining/shop environment
- Background in high-speed aluminum or wood work machining
- Demonstrated success in fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience handling finances and creating budgets
- Lean and Six Sigma training is a plus
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all manufacturing activities across 3 facilities
- Provide leadership to site managers, the quality manager, I.T., the engineering manager, and safety and environmental
- This candidate will transition into the Vice President of Manufacturing within their first year of employment
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
