Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Superintendent opportunity include:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Pre-engineering metal building experience HIGHLY desired
- Skilled in construction management software
- Proficient in running field crews, shop drawing and erection drawing review
- Average project scale: up to $7 million and 75,000 square feet
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, PTO, plus a vehicle allowance and/or mileage reimbursement.
