We’re seeking an accomplished Vice President of Business Development in San Jose, CA to help launch a fully robotic offsite construction facility. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Business Development position include:
- 10+ years of B2B sales or partnerships experience in construction, modular/off-site manufacturing, BTR, or affordable housing
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals and long-cycle contracts
- Strong network in affordable housing, CDFIs, BTR operators, or large homebuilders
- Deep understanding of affordable housing finance and public-private funding models
- Identify and secure multi-project agreements, LOIs, and supply contracts pre-factory launch
- Build long-term partnerships with affordable developers, BTR companies, and general contractors
- Represent the company at conferences and in high-level industry conversations
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to each customer segment
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
