Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Coordinator opportunity include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator; experience with design-build preferred
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited university (preferred)
- Experience with consultant and design team coordination
- Proficient with BIM (Revit), Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling & rendering
- Good understanding of LEED/ sustainable design
- Ability to coordinate construction documents and multitask in multiple projects
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the in-house project team and consultants
- Projects include corporate/commercial, military and higher education
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
