An established and rapidly growing commercial construction company working throughout the East Coast is seeking a Traveling Foreman/Superintendent – Construction to join their dynamic team! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Foreman/Superintendent – Construction position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Traveling Superintendent or Foreman in commercial or retail construction
- Ability to manage multiple job sites, subcontractors, schedules, and safety compliance across different states
- Proficient in construction documentation including daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and photo logs
- Strong knowledge of reading blueprints and coordinating with project managers and trades
- Must be OSHA 30 certified and capable of leading weekly safety meetings and implementing safety programs
- Hands-on carpentry or trade background preferred for on-site problem solving
- Experience working in occupied spaces while maintaining operational integrity during construction
- Familiarity with tools like ProCore and Microsoft Office for reporting and coordination
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
