Take the next step in your surveying career with a quality-focused team delivering boundary, ALTA/NSPS Land Title, topographic, and construction-related survey work across Florida. In this Survey Party Chief opportunity, you’ll lead professional 2-person field crews while partnering closely with the licensed Professional Surveyor and office staff from Tampa and throughout Central Florida.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Party Chief position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Survey Party Chief or equivalent field leadership experience
- Lead a field survey crew while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Coordinate daily field activities with the office as needed
- Ensure field work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
- Perform commercial and residential boundary surveys
- Complete ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and perform topographic surveys
- Collect complete, accurate, and organized electronic field data for office processing
- Maintain company vehicles and surveying equipment in safe, reliable working condition
Salary: $24-$27/hr guaranteed starting range; increase after 90 days
Benefits: PTO after 6 months: 1 week; 2 weeks after 1 year; 3 weeks after 5 years.
