Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Drafter opportunity include:
- 10-20 years of residential structural drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Create and revise detailed structural drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural designs with other building systems and to update designs as needed
- Perform quality control checks, assist in material and cost estimations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of drafting techniques and CAD technology
Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
