Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Property Management opportunity include:
- Recent big-box retail or grocery store experience highly preferred
- Contract negotiation experience as tenant highly preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of continuous administrative, property management, lease administration and/or Real Estate experience
- Commercial Retail property management and lease administration being highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Workday and Tango)
- Willingness to travel on occasion - 20% annually, or less
- Lead and support a team responsible for Property Management, Lease Administration, and Real Estate Analysis, including direct oversight of 20-30 specific store properties
- Oversee property maintenance and compliance with local codes to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Handle lease administration tasks, such as tracking renewal dates and managing lease documents, financial reporting, and landlord reconciliations
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
