We are seeking a Structural Designer in Reading, PA to join a growing team and focus on producing detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD. With 10–15 years of experience, you’ll step into a hands-on design role where your contributions directly support impactful infrastructure and industrial development. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Designer position include:
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10–15 years of structural design experience in heavy industrial projects, including concrete and steel
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
- Ability to read and prepare detailed construction and structural drawings in line with company standards
- Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines and reviewing shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with municipal water/wastewater or industrial renovation projects preferred
- Must work onsite full-time for the first 6 months, with potential for hybrid thereafter (3 days in-office)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, Commensurate with experience.
