Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Structural Project Manager / Structural Engineer position include:
- Bachelor of Science in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Active California Professional Engineer (PE or SE) license required
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience with at least 1 year of project management experience
- Lead and manage a small team of engineers and drafters (1–2 direct reports)
- Oversee structural design projects from concept through construction
- Perform and review structural calculations and construction documents
- Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry design in high seismic zones
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and executive leadership to meet project scope, schedule, and budget
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
