Build your future with a dynamic commercial construction team delivering a high-visibility new-build project across the Kalamazoo/Grand Rapids corridor. In this Senior Project Superintendent opportunity, you’ll help keep a 12-month build on schedule while leading onsite execution alongside a strong project management group.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Superintendent position include:
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Lead two onsite superintendents while working closely with project managers to drive daily execution.
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with a demanding owner and the owner’s representative.
- Ensure the project stays on schedule for a 12-month commercial new-build.
- Use construction technology to support the jobsite, including Autodesk Build and Bluebeam.
- Manage submittals and related documentation using Autodesk Build (similar to Procore workflows).
- Comfortable with up to a one-hour commute between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids (Jackson also listed but not confirmed).
- Work Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility to maintain 8–9-hour days with the team.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
