We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee all phases of mechanical, plumbing, and construction projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but extensive experience will be considered
- 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager or 10+ years as a Project Engineer or Field Manager
- Strong MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) system knowledge and field operations experience
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and technical drawings
- Manage and mentor project staff, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring decisions
- Monitor budgets, costs, and expenditures; prepare billings and financial reports
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and ensure compliance with construction codes and regulations
- Represent the company in pre- and post-project activities, including site visits and client communications
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401k with matching, medical/dental/vision insurance, 12 paid holidays, 120 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick time accrued from day one, company fuel card, $50 phone stipend or company phone, company credit card for PMs, referral bonuses, and the option of a monthly stipend ($300 - $700) or a company truck with fuel card and per diem of $130/day.
