Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Director – Revit & CAD Modeling position include:
- 15+ years of architectural and BIM/CAD experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale modeling teams, offshore resources, and national rollouts
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management; licensed architect preferred
- Deep knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and advanced visualization tools
- Oversee Revit/CAD operations, standards, and deliverables across multi-site retail/QSR projects
- Lead and mentor global modeling teams and ensure brand compliance and innovation
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure quality, jurisdictional compliance, and documentation efficiency
- Champion automation, template optimization, and emerging digital modeling technologies
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
