In this Senior Control Systems Engineer opportunity, you’ll develop and integrate PLC/HMI applications from conception through installation, startup, and ongoing support while partnering with a team that values excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Control Systems Engineer position include:
- 5+ years of controls programming experience (team may consider less-experienced candidates)
- Develop PLC programs and HMI graphics for specific projects using Allen-Bradley and supported HMI platforms
- Provide technical support and analysis for installed control systems, including troubleshooting and resolution documentation
- Support project management with specifications, estimates, change orders, and schedules
- Understand PLC system architecture, specify PLC I/O addressing, and apply control equipment usage
- Design and troubleshoot electrical control circuits; assist with instrumentation, motor control, and industrial electrical controls
- Work with industrial network topology and functionality; support control network infrastructure design
- Mentor junior team members and support office and customer-site project activities
Salary: $65,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
