We're hiring a Scaffolding Sales Representative based in Colorado to support expansion in the Denver Metro area and the Rockies. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Scaffolding Sales Representative position include:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction or industrial sales, preferably in scaffolding, access systems, formwork, or shoring
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to create sketches, cost estimates, and proposals; familiarity with AutoCAD or scaffolding design tools is a plus
- Develop and maintain client relationships through site visits, presentations, and expert solution selling
- Prepare accurate proposals and estimates, including labor productivity, material specs, and pricing
- Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and close deals to meet revenue goals
- Oversee project coordination including logistics, change orders, and customer service
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations in all client interactions and project proposals
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus 2% commission on project revenue.
