Qualifications and responsibilities for this Scaffolding Project Manager and Estimator position include:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, estimation, and project management within the scaffolding industry.
- Ability to oversee the full life cycle of projects, from identifying opportunities and making sales to estimating costs and managing delivery.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, including suspended scaffolding and swing stage projects.
- Experience handling projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to over a million in value.
- Competent Person Training, OSHA certification, SAIA certification, or CITB certification in Suspended Scaffold Training is a plus.
- Ability to travel to job sites within a 2-4 hour radius of Cleveland.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure contracts and manage client relationships.
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely as needed.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission potential of $25,000 - $75,000.
