Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Sales Manager position include:
- 5+ years of high-performance residential roofing sales or sales leadership (storm or retail)
- Proven sales record: $1.5M+ in personal production or $5M+ team production annually
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, and insurance claims
- Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and lead a sales team to success
- Comfortable closing high-ticket deals ranging from $15K to $150K+
- Build and scale a top-tier in-home sales team across multiple lead sources
- Collaborate with production and operations to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Progress into full operational leadership, including oversight of production, admin, and finance
Salary: Fully commission-based or salary with draw down — open for discussion based on experience.
